Delaware County has opened three Voter Service Centers where you can:
- Register to vote
- Ask questions about deadlines, polling places, your registration status or ballot application
- Get the latest news and information about the election
- Pick up a mail-in or absentee ballot application or other election forms
- Submit your completed mail-in or absentee ballot
NOTE: You may not return a ballot for anyone but yourself. Any voter who needs assistance to return their ballot must complete a declaration form signed by themselves and the person rendering assistance. This form is available at the service center.
